We happily make exceptions to the stipulations below for customers who are cooperative, patient, and kind. Remember... we are people too!

Delivery takes 7-10 business days domestically when selecting the basic $4.99 shipping method. For customers who would like the 2 day shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.  

• Orders placed from Friday (after 2pm EST), Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
• Please note that even if 2-Day Shipping is selected it will not be processed until the next business day. 
• 2-Day Shipping does not deliver on weekends.
• Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value

Lost Packages and Stuck Shipments

• The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.
• Blackstone Labs is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
• Blackstone Labs is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges (DOMESTIC / US)

• No returns or exchanges on orders after 30 days.
• We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED. 
• Freebies / add-ons / promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.
